Dr. Alexis Verpaele

Specialist in Plastic Surgery for more than 15 years, and member of numerous Belgian and international scientific societies.

Dr Verpaele is assistant clinical professor of the Plastic Surgery Department in the University Hospital of Gent, Belgium.

He also is co-founder of the Coupure Centrum voor Plastische Chirurgie and E:MC2 surgicenter where he performs cosmetic procedures.

Wel known for his co-authorship of the MACS-lift he is a reviewer for 3 international journals in plastic surgery, co-author of 3 books and wrote many chapters in other books, numerous articles in journals and presented more than 200 times on international meetings.

He is the co-organizer of the CATFAS and CATBAS meetings.
